Definition: It is a two-component, reaction-drying, solvent-free, epoxy resin-based, polyamine hardener, hard film-leaving, paint and / or (orange peel pattern) floor coating material.

Qualities: It can be used as paint and floor coating on all types of durable metal and cement based surfaces where operating rooms, textile factories, food facilities laboratories, power plants, garages, laundries, warehouses, car parks, repair, maintenance and washing units, walkways, bathrooms and where chemical and mechanical resistance is desired. It is hygienic on the applied surface, does not dust, provides an aesthetic and easy-to-clean surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New surfaces: Oil, dirt and dustings should be cleaned from the surface, the surface to be applied should be sanded and made suitable for the coating after dust is removed. Subsequently, it should be primed with Solvent Free Epoxy Transparent Primer.
Old painted surfaces: Loose swollen paints on the surface should be cleaned, level defects on the surface should be filled with epoxy paste and sanded. All free powders on the surface should be cleaned with the help of vacuum. Subsequently, it should be primed with Solvent Free Epoxy Transparent Primer.

APPLICATION
Painting: 24 hours after primer application, A and B component should be mixed with the help of a mixer and applied by combing the surface with the help of a roller.
Coating(Orange Peel Pattern): 24 hours after primer application, component A and B are mixed thoroughly with a mixer. The prepared mixture is spread evenly on the surface with the help of a Roller or Notched Trowel and a pattern is applied to the surface with the help of a coral roller.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool place, in closed containers with no direct sunlight. Its shelf life is one (1) year in its unopened packaging.
