DEFINITION: It is a styren acrylic copolymer emulsion based, self-patterned and silk matte looking exterior surface coating that can stretch up between 1 mm and 4 mm.

QUALITIES: Thanks to its flexible structure, Sembol Flex Exterior Surface Coating prevents the cracks that may occur due to shrinkage and stretching in concrete and plasters, while it provides insulation thanks to its waterproof structure. While it adheres very well to the applied surface with its superior adherence power, it also allows the surface to breathe. It is an exterior surface paint that is resistant to atmospheric conditions, pollution, sun rays, friction and impacts. It has also textured pattern, high coverage and washable features. This product does not harm the environment and health and does not change color over time. 

APPLICATION AREA: On the outer parts of the buildings; It is used on all kinds of substrate preparation, primed, exposed concrete, smooth or rough all kinds of plastered and mineral based surfaces. Also, it can be used for decorative and protective purposes on dirty, discolored emulsion based old painted surfaces.

APPLICATION 
Surface Preparation and Application: Dirt, dust and mold release agents on the surface to be newly coated should be removed by wiping, detergent or chemical washing. On glassy and shiny surfaces, a surface should be created by sanding on which the coating can hold. It definetely should not be applied to non-dry surfaces. When necessary, the raw walls are strengthened with exterior filling and repair materials, and Sembol Exterior Surface Putty is used for the repair of the capillary cracks and for stripping paste in that operation. After the surface treatment is completed, while the Sembol Insulating Primer which was thinned at the rate of sixfold water is being recommended for new plastered or old painted surfaces, Sembol Flexcoat Exterior Surface Coating, which is thinned by 40% can be used as a primer on new plastered surfaces with saturation problems.

•    Application: 6 hours after primer application to any clean, dry surface with substrate preparation, Sembol Flex Exterior Surface Coating  is applied with a suitable roller in a single layer by spreading it evenly on the surface and applying a pattern.
