DEFINITION: Styrene acrylic copolymer based matt exterior surface paint.
QUALITIES: It is a high quality exterior paint that integrates with the surface it is applied, has high breathability and adherence, has a high UV resistance, is resistant to atmospheric conditions, and can be easily applied with its high coverage feature.
APPLICATION AREA: On the outer parts of the buildings; It is used on all kinds of substrate preparation, primed, exposed concrete, smooth or rough all kinds of plastered and mineral based surfaces. Also, it can be used for decorative and protective purposes on dirty, discolored emulsion based old painted surfaces.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation and Application: Dirt, dust and mold release agents on the surface to be newly coated should be removed by wiping, detergent or chemical washing. On glassy and shiny surfaces, a surface should be created by sanding on which the coating can hold. It definetely should not be applied to non-dry surfaces. When necessary, the raw walls are strengthened with exterior filling and repair materials, and Sembol Exterior Surface Putty is used for the repair of the capillary cracks and for stripping paste in that operation. After the sub-surface treatment is completed, 1 layer of Sembol Silicon Based Exterior Surface Primer is applied depending on the property of the surface. On old painted surfaces, Sembol Insulating Primer should be used by thinning at the rate of 1/6.

• Thinning Rate: Should be thinned at the rate of 20%

• Drying Time: It dries in 1-2 hours and hardens in 24 hours.
• Time Betweem Layers: Minimum 12 hours
• Coverage: 10-12 m2 / lt or 6-8 m2 / kg in one layer depending on the surface
• Recommended Primers: Sembol Silicon Based Exterior Surface Primer, Sembol Insulating Primer
• Application: Sembol Acrylic Exterior Surface Paint should be applied on the surfaces that have been prepared and primed. 12 hours after priming, thinned, mixed and homogenized, Sembol Acrylic Exterior Surface Paint should be applied in 2 layers by roller or brush.
