DEFINITION: It is a chlorinated rubber modified alkyd resin based, air drying, well penetrating surface, abrasion resistant and quick drying paint.

QUALITIES: Sembol Road Mark Paint, used for marking in asphalt, road, parking etc which has high wear resistance, fast drying and durability. It adheres to the surface very well as it penetrates well to surfaces, it is easily applied, and it creates a long-lasting film on the surfaces thanks to it’s high mechanical resistance.

APPLICATION AREA: Sembol Road Mark Paint, which can be applied on asphalt and concrete surfaces, has been developed for marking the lines of places such as roads, airports, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings etc.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation and Application: The surface to be applied must be absolutely dry, oil free and clean. Sembol Road Mark Paint, thinned as required, is applied on the cleaned surface with a roller or airless/airbrush spray gun.

Thinner: Road Mark Thinner and /or Cellulosic Thinner

Thinning Rate  
For spraying application: It is thinned by 10-15%.
For Roller application: It is thinned by 5%.

Form of Application: It is applied with brush, roller or airless/airbrush spray gun.

Driying Time: Touch Drying time is 10-15 minutes, Full Drying time is 3.5-4 hours

Waiting time between layers: Minimum 3 hours.

Coverage: Depending on the suction of the surface 0.175-0.250 Kg/m²
