It is a paint that has high heat resistance and does not require primer application before the paint application, it can adhere very well to the surface it is applied to.
Application Area: Sembol Heat Resistant Paint can be easily applied to all metal surfaces since it is specially designed for all types of metal surfaces exposed to high temperature (400 - 600 ° C).
Application: In order for the heat resistant system to show the expected success, the preparation of the surface is as important as the application itself. All kinds of moisture, chloride, sulfate salts, rust and rolling peels on metal surfaces should be removed from the surface. In addition, dust, dirt, oil and grease on metal surfaces should be cleaned with cleaning agents and /or a high pressure water jet. After these treatments, there should be a slight glow of metal on the surface and it should be applied to the surface preferably immediately, at the latest within 30 minutes. After opening the Sembol Heat Resistant Paint packaging, it is homogenized by mixing thoroughly. It is recommended to apply in 30 - 35 µ dry film thickness in order to provide the performance that expected from it.
Storage: It can be stored for one (1) year in unopened original packaging in 5 - 35 ° C environments without direct sunlight. It should be protected from excessive temperature and humidity.
