DEFINITION: It is an polyurethane resin based, two component with reaction drying primer.

QUALITIES: It provides extremely good adhesion on metal surfaces. It is resistant to corrosion and chemical substance corrosion. It creates a hard and elastic film layer. It is easily sanded.

APPLICATION AREA: It is used in places where mechanical and chemical resistance is required to increase the adherence before topcoat paint, in industrial buldings which stand under open atmosphere and the sun,.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION: Oil, dirt, rust, rolling peel or old paint residue on the metal surfaces to be applied should be cleaned by mechanical ways or by sand spraying until bright metal is obtained. The first layer of primer should be applied preferably immediately, at the latest within 4 hours after sandblasting. Priming of prepared surfaces should never be left to the next day. Component 1 and Component 2 are mixed thoroughly with the help of a mixer. The duration of use after preparation of the mixture is 3-4 hours at 20 ° C. For applications recommended thinner should be used. Priming is started by applying bolt heads, weld seams and sharp edges with the prepared primer, then the whole surface is primed and the process is completed.

Thinning Rate              
For spraying application: It is thinned by 20%.
For Roller and Brush application: It is thinned by 10%.

Form of Application: It is applied with short bristle brush, short hair roller or airless spray gun.
Pot Lıfe : 3-4 hours at 20 ºC. As the ambient temperature increases, the time becomes shorter.
Driying Time: Touch drying time is 2-4 hours, Full drying time is 24 hours, Full Curing timeis 7 days
Time between layers: Minimum 8 hours, Maximum 24 hours
Coverage    : Depending on the suction of the surface, 7-8 m² / Kg.
STORAGE: It is one (1) year in its unopened package under suitable storage conditions.
