DEFINITION: It is an acrylic emulsion based primer for filled interior and exterior walls.

QUALITIES: Thanks to its special formula, it penetrates very well to the surface it is applied on interior and exterior surfaces and provides superior protection. Since it reduces the absorbency of the surface, it decreases the paint consumption, and provides the top coat paint to adhere well to the surface.

APPLICATION AREA:  It is used as primer on all interior and exterior surfaces where acrylic-based and acrylic-based silicone additive paint products will be applied, before the topcoat application.

APPLICATION: The surface to be applied must be completely cleaned from all kinds of dirt, oil and swollen paints. As a primer, it both saturates the surface and provides better adhesion of the paint to be applied on it. SEMBOL Universal Primer is applied by brush and roller after thinned with 20-25% water.
