DEFINITION: It is an acrylic copolymer emulsion based, fiber reinforced super elastic waterproofing material.

QUALITIES: It is a long-lasting material that can be easily applied to all types of grounds thanks to its semi-fluid property, with the fiber reinforcement it provides a stronger surface with a cross link and creates an elastic, waterproof surface. It can also be colored. It is resistant to sun rays, maintains its elasticity in hot and cold differencies, and provides the opportunity to breathe for the surfaces.

APPLICATION AREA: It can be used safely wherever water and moisture impermeability is desired.

APPLICATION: The surface to be coated should be a dry and clean surface, free from all kinds of dirt, oil, dust and swollen loose tissues. After applying 40% water thinned paint as a primer, Sembol Fiber Liquid Plastic Coating should be applied without thinning in a minimum of 2 layers. Each layer should be applied in the vertical direction of the previous layer. The surfaces to be applied must have a slope so as not to allow ponding. It is necessary to protect the applied surface from UV rays, so the applied surface must be protected with any coating.

THINNING: For 1st coat (for primer purposes): 40% thinning. It is applied directly without thinning in topcoat applications.

FORM OF APPLICATION: Brush, roller or spraying

DRYING TIME : It dries in 5-6 hours and hardens in 24 hours.

WAITING TIME BETWEEN LAYERS: Minimum 12 hours

COVERAGE: Depending on the application surface, 1-1.5 kg / m2.

RECOMMENDED PRIMERS: The paint, thinned with 40% water, is used as a primer.

APPLICATION: Sembol Liquid Plastic Coating is applied without thinning on the completely dried primer layer with 2 layer of roller in the vertical direction of the previous coat.

STORAGE: It is two (2) years in its unopened original packaging under suitable storage conditions.
